In this new modern age, divorce rates are as high as they have always been. Many people are being cheated on in their marriage, as well as cheating on their spouses. It's no wonder that marriages are failing everywhere you look in these days.

I recently saw a news report on a company that helps people cover their tracks when cheating on their spouses, or when they go on a trip with their ‘friend'. This company prints out fake plane tickets to the cheater's fake destination and covers every angle possible to cover their tracks. It even changes caller ID and other records to make it seem like they are calling from where they said they were going rather than where they actually went with their ‘acquaintance'. It's almost impossible to know if your spouse is cheating under these conditions nowadays. With cheating spouses being the number one cause of divorces, it's important to know what the warning signs of a cheating spouse are.

1. Your spouse seems bored. Bored with you, with job, with kids, with hobbies, with life in general.

2. Your spouse seems to want danger or thrills in his/her life.

3. There is considerably less intimacy in your relationship. Your sex life is practically non existent.

4. Your spouse has a low self-esteem.

5. You notice your spouse has a sense of confusion about self.

6. You spouse has become lazy, especially around the house.

7. You can't get your spouse to communicate with you.

8. Your spouse gets very defensive if you mention infidelity or affairs.

9. Your spouse is suddenly more attentive than usual.

10. Your mate is working longer hours at work.

11. Your spouse is dressing nicer, looking nicer.

12. You notice charges on credit card statement that don't make sense.

It is important to realize that not all these signs will be showing in their life. It's also important to realize that some of these signs may show up in their life, but it could be caused by something completely unrelated to cheating and affairs.
